Job Purpose
Coordinate
bank short and long-term budgeting and planning, monitor its
achievement, keep the focus on current and forward-looking vision, and
be proactive to anticipate key issues by providing strong support and
financial insight.
Job Qualification/Experience
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- A Masters degree ajira is an added advantage
- Five years of experience in financial management
- Professional Qualification is desirable
- Five years of experience in the same field or related field
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Good leadership and management skills

Job Purpose
To
record, report, and post-financial information into relevant financial
account to support management decisions and implement accounting
policies in line with Company’s Financial ajira Policies and guidelines
Job Qualification/Experience
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 to 6 years of Experience in Financial management & reporting
- A professional qualification like CPA or ACCA is essential
- Background in manufacturing is essential
- Knowledge of Sales interface
- Experience in financial systems application (SAP, IFAS, and TOPS)
- Written and verbal communication and the ability to present relatively complex reports
- Inter-personal and ability to manage teams
- Computer literacy on Microsoft office package and IT software application
